Miami Climate Collabothon on Earth Day to #SaveMiami

April 22 @ 9:30 am - April 23 @ 3:30 pm

Calling Earth Data stewards in Miami Dade!

As part of complying with the Global Stocktake of the United Nations, we are working to create an OpenClimate platform and pilot the use of DIGS during Earth Day and kindly request your approval and participation to make this possible per Executive Order 14008.

As part of that effort, Silvio Pupo is coordinating efforts across UN, Federal Agencies, State and Municipal and Non State Actors; starting with this Climate Collabothon on Earth Day at Miami Dade Colleges BIT center this 4/22/23 where your participation is cordially requested to accomplish the goals of Resilient 305 and the NetZero commitment of the County Mayor on the Climate Action Strategy (“CAS”). We will report on progress at COP 28 together.

We will compile geospatial data standards and ask for your participation in the Global Goals and accomplish the Miami Dade component of the global stocktake. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation on this critical work!
